Concussion Safety Information

Concussions

Concussions in children can be quite scary, and is a natural consequence of playing sports. Unfortunately, we can't fully prevent the risk of concussions while playing sports, but we can mitigate the risk. We recently made an in-depth guide about concussions in youth, and we included information about the risk of concussions in specific sports, how we can be safer, and also more information about the recovery and treatment process. Check it out:

We also made a guide to help determine if you have a concussion: cordiscosaile.com/concussion-quiz/
