Private/Semi-Private Lessons

Individual (1:1) and small group (6:1) training sessions.

Boys and Girls from U7 to U14.

General Strength and Conditioning & Speed and Agility Training.

Soccer-specific field player and GK training is available.

If interested, please complete the Player Interest Form, and add the comment "Private Training" in the Additional Notes section.

Availability and training times are limited. Training locations may vary. Pricing is below.

Programs are designed based on the needs of the individual player(s) and the programming will be tailored in duration to fit that need.

Example 1: 1 day per week for 6 weeks

Example 2: 2 days a week for 4 weeks

Example 3: 1 day per week ad hoc

In-season and out-of-season training programs are available. These trainings are supplemental to the normal team practices.

All training sessions will include a warm-up, focused activities, and a cool-down.

An initial 30-minute session is required. This will be used to gather a baseline of data on the player(s) and to set expectations for the program. The initial assessment change is $35.

Video analysis is also available.

Note: The player will need to supply the digital video file.

1:1 Private Training

$35 for 30 minutes

$50 for 45 minutes

$65 for 60 minutes

2-6:1 Small Group Training

$25 for 30 minutes

$40 for 45 minutes

$55 for 60 minutes
